Urgent Care services are available in our Albany, Saratoga and Schenectady locations. Albany Urgent Care will be open Monday-Friday, from 8 – 8 and Saturday and Sunday from 8 – 2. Saratoga, Clifton Park, and Schenectady urgent care locations will be open Monday – Friday from 8 – 5. Our Saratoga office is also open Saturdays from 9 – 12. Our Ambulatory Surgery Centers are open for all surgeries. Please note – the last patient check-in is 15 minutes prior to the posted closing.
OrthoNY will screen patients upon arrival, enforce social distancing guidelines and limit the number of visitors in our offices. You may be asked to wait in your car and be called in for your appointment in the event social distancing cannot be maintained due to high traffic; you will also be required to wear a face-covering during your visit to any of our locations. Our offices have gone through a deep clean process and are sterilized throughout the day and every evening. These processes have been implemented to help keep our patients and staff healthy and safe.
If you are a patient considered high-risk, have traveled and/or have symptoms of fever, cough, or respiratory issues, please call our office before coming to your appointment or using our walk-in clinics. We will continue to offer telemedicine appointments for our patients and may be able to help you avoid an unnecessary office visit.
