Clifton Park Office Relocating To……Clifton Park!
Our current Clifton Park office at 648 Plank Road will be relocating at end of day on Thursday, May 1, 2014. We will begin seeing patients on Monday, May 5th, at our new Clifton Park location at the Ellis Medicine’s Medical Center of Clifton Park.
