I want to thank you and all the nurses for all your hard work and support and doing a great job with my carpal tunnel surgery. I’m doing well and starting my recovery from my surgery yesterday. I’m really sore today and it’s itchy but that means it is starting to heal slowly. I’ll see u on the 14th at 11:10 for my follow up appointment. Thanks again for everything u and ur staff did for me yesterday

This was the 2nd time seeing Dr. Brod. The first time he explained what has taken place over the past many years and was able to get me to a place of comfortability. This time he remembered what took a couple years back, and was able to provide the same great care.

The online check in process algorithm left very much to be desired. Other than that it was just another wonderful experience at Ortho New York in Glens Falls.
