I was in pain in my knees and right hip for eleven years . I HAD TO QUIT MY JOB ANDCRETIRE BECAUSE OF THE PAIN AND INABILITY TO MOVE .When I contacted OrthoNY on March 30, 2026. I was given an appointment March 31 for my knee and April 1 for my hip. I was seen by Christina Wasacz Fnp-c t and Dr Micheal Canfield on these two dates . DR. Canfield informed me I would need my right hip replaced first and once healed from the hip surgery I would need to replace my left knee. THEIR PROFESSIONAL PRESENCE AND THE WAY THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS REDUCED MY FEAR OF HAVING SUGERY Gave me great peace and faith in their skills. Haley p. Was my care specialist from Orthony who went through great lengths to inform me and help me before surgery. DOROTHY was my patient care manager. She gave me upmost care on my journey before and after surgery. I had a very successful Surgery By CONDUCTED BY DR. CANFIELD at Glenn Falls hospital on May 7 2026. I recived great care at Glenns Falls Hospital. I AM PAIN FREE AGAIN !!!! THE TEAM ORTHONY PUT TOGETHER HAS IS AWESOME . AT NO TIME DID I FEEL LIKE JUST A NUMBER, EVERYONE THERE CARES FOR YOU AS IF YOU ARE THE ONLY PATIENT. I highly recommend This team ! I WISH Thank All of your team at ORTHONY for giving my life back to me !

Christopher Wasacz is an outstanding, knowledgeable PA and member of OrthoNY. His original diagnosis of my shoulder injury and treatment was spot on and even the cortisone placement lasted perfectly for 8 months! He is so very nice to talk to and he explains things very well. In and out in minutes. OrthoNY is great.

Everyone was kind and caring. I was on crutches so I was moving quite slowly and no one seemed bothered by this. Although it seemed quite busy in the office, I never waited longer than 5 minutes to move through the appointment. The PA that I met with was very understanding, thorough and professional. I am off the crutches one day later thanks to good advice about stretching my quad! My husband needs his knee looked at and he will be making an appointment at OrthoNY!
