About Lisa
Lisa began her nursing career at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY, before pursuing travel nursing opportunities across the country. She eventually settled in Potsdam, NY, where she raised her family while working as a registered nurse. During that time, she earned her first assist certification and went on to complete her graduate degree as a family nurse practitioner.
She is board certified by AANP. She practiced as a surgical nurse practitioner in orthopedics, trauma and general surgery at Canton Potsdam Hospital for nine years before moving to Glens Falls and joining the OrthoNY team. She now works in both the office and the operating room with Dr. Johnson.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her three children, family, and friends. She is an avid hiker of the Adirondack peaks and also enjoys running, skiing, traveling, cooking, reading, and volunteering with her therapy dog, Charlie.
