I entered all my info on a very user-friendly iPad—no paperwork hassle. The PA was fantastic: knowledgeable, thorough, and unhurried. She listened carefully to all my ailments & concerns and made me feel truly heard and respected.X-ray techs were quick, gentle, and highly professional, explained everything, positioned me carefully, and finished fast.It all culminated with Dr. Smith, who is exceptional—brilliant, compassionate, and skilled. He reviewed my history, examined me thoughtfully, explained my condition clearly, and outlined a solid plan. His confidence put me at ease, and I left feeling optimistic and well-cared-for.The whole team showed true excellence.

The physician assistant was fantastic—knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to listen to all of my ailments and concerns without rushing. She made me feel heard and respected. The X-ray techs were equally impressive: quick, gentle, and super professional. They explained what they were doing, positioned me carefully, and the whole process was over before I knew it. And the professionalism and outstanding care culminated with Dr. Smith. He is truly exceptional—brilliant, compassionate, and incredibly skilled. He took ample time to review my history, examine me thoughtfully, explain my condition in plain language, and outline a clear plan moving forward. From arrival to departure was only 45 minutes & that was good. Everyone was very helpful & friendly & Doc sure knows what he is doing. My shoulder is feeling much better.
