About Kristin
Kristin Kandiel joined OrthoNY in 2012 after relocating from Dutchess County NY. She received her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and Exercise Science from Ithaca College in 2004. She then continued her studies and received a master’s degree from Arcadia College PA program in May of 2006. She is board certified by NCCPA and a member of Physician Assistants of Orthopedic Surgery (PAOS).
Kristin works with Dr. William Montgomery in both the office and operating room.
Prior to joining OrthoNY, Kristin worked at a level two trauma center doing orthopedic trauma, sports medicine, total joints, hand, foot and ankle surgery.
When not at work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family and competing in triathlons. She has represented Team USA at World Championships on multiple occasions.
