About Tiffanie

A native of the Capital District, Tiffanie received her A.A.S in Physical Therapy Assistant from Maria College in Albany, New York.

After working for Kindred Healthcare in Bath, Maine, she returned to the Capital District to work for Thomas Nicolla Consulting Services. There, she worked as a PTA in the outpatient orthopedic clinic and Kidscare, a division of Thomas Nicolla Consulting Services, treating children with varying disabilities.

Tiffanie obtained her ATP Certification from RESNA and worked for Alliance Seating and Mobility evaluating patients for appropriate wheeled mobility needs in a 6 state area in the Northeast.

Tiffanie joined the OrthoNY team in 2015 and works in our Clifton Park office.

Dr. Kaback is a true professional!! I can say that in his field of practice, he has to be the best in the Capital Region. I had a full shoulder replacement done by him. I can truly say that, I have had absolutely no issues or problems!! 2 weeks from surgery I had all kinds of motion with no pain. 3 months later practically have full motion. On top of his expertise, his patient/ doctor relationship is outstanding!! He truly cares for his patients and explains exactly what will take place and he does it with passion. Thank You Doctor Kaback for being the BEST! Also along with Dr. Kaback, I cannot leave out PA Laura Piazza. She has the same mannerisms as Dr. Kaback. She also truly cares about her patients! She really makes you feel comfortable when you’re talking to her. Thank You Laura for being so professional and caring!! What a GREAT TEAM you two are!!! Thank You again!!

Dr. Kaback replaced my shoulder 1 year ago! I had postponed the inevitable for years expecting long rehab, severe post op pain, and life long limitations. The whole process went smoother and was less painful than I expected. My ROMs are much better than I could have imagined. He will be replacing my other shoulder, (my dominant one) very soon! Thank you Dr. K and your PA, Laura Piazza for such great care!!
