About Dr. Ferrara
Dr. Ferrara grew up in Otsego County NY. After spending a year studying in Brazil, he graduated Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Vermont. Dr. Ferrara received his MD from Albany Medical College and stayed on at Albany Medical Center for his orthopedic residency training. Dr. Ferrara then completed a hand, microvascular, and upper extremity fellowship at Brown University/Rhode Island Hospital.
Dr. Ferrara’s practice covers conditions affecting the hand, wrist, and elbow. He is a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
Dr. Ferrara spends his time outside of work with his wife and two sons.
