Dr. Rigolosi is a fellowship-trained Physiatrist, board-certified in both physical medicine and rehabilitation, and pain medicine. His practice focuses on spine care with specialized skills in fluoroscopically guided interventional pain procedures, including corticosteroid injections, radiofrequency ablation and spinal cord stimulators.

Dr. Luke Rigolosi joined Northeast Orthopedics in July 2005. He was named a partner in the practice in 2008. He focuses on diagnosis and treatment of neck and back pain. He is a fellowship trained Physiatrist, Board Certified in both physical medicine and rehabilitation and interventional pain management.

Dr. Rigolosi holds a BS in Biology from Brown University, and is a graduate of New Jersey Medical School, part of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He trained in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Kessler Institute of Rehabilitation, also at UMDNJ.

Before joining Northeast Orthopedics, Dr. Rigolosi completed a specialty training fellowship in interventional pain management through Sinai of Baltimore Medical School, working with Dr. Michael Furman of Orthopedic and Spine Specialists, in York, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Rigolosi’s practice includes evaluation of musculoskeletal pain, treatment of spine pathology and interventional pain management. He has special interests and skills in fluoroscopically guided injections of the spine, including epidural injections, facet procedures and placement of spinal cord stimulators. He performs his pain procedures at pain suites located in Albany, Clifton Park and Executive Woods Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Dr. Rigolosi is currently a member of the Executive Committee of OrthoNY.

He is originally from Paramus, New Jersey.
