OrthoNY Donates $24,000 to Albany Area Nonprofits
OrthoNY donated a total of $24,000 to six area charities during the recent holiday season. Gifts of $4,000 were made to the Boys & Girls Club of Schenectady, Capital City Rescue Mission (Albany), City Mission of Schenectady, Code Blue Saratoga Springs, Focus Churches Interfaith Food Pantry of Albany and Saratoga Community Health Center.

OrthoNY to Welcome New Physician in Schenectady
Total joint replacement specialist will join the group in December (ALBANY, NY) – OrthoNY will welcome Dr. Daniil Polishchuk on December 1. He will see patients primarily in the group’s Schenectady office, 530 Liberty Street, performing surgeries at nearby Ellis Hospital.
OrthoNY Presents Golfer with Hole-in-One Prize
Golf tournament highlighted by $10,000 winner (SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY) – OrthoNY hosted the 14th Annual “Best Foot Forward” Golf Invitational at Brookhaven Golf Course in Porters Corners in late September. Close to 100 golfers participated, all OrthoNY joint replacement patients. The unique tournament is free for invited golfers and celebrates their successful recovery from joint replacement surgery.
New Provider in Glens Falls, NY
OrthoNY Adds Physician Assistant James McGork, III, returns to the Adirondack Region with OrthoNY (ALBANY, NY) – OrthoNY welcomed James McGork, III, back to the Adirondack Region earlier this month. He joins Dr. Thomas Varney, seeing general orthopaedic patients in the Glens Falls office.
OrthoNY Expanding Orthopaedic Urgent Care
Walk-in bone and joint services to be available weekday afternoons (ALBANY, NY) – Starting Monday, June 30, OrthoNY will offer expanded orthopaedic urgent care at 121 Everett Road. The Albany location will be open Monday through Friday, 1 pm until 8 pm, with no appointment necessary.
