OrthoNY Welcomes Two New Physicians

(ALBANY, NY) – OrthoNY welcomes two new physicians this month. Dr. Amar Parikh will begin seeing patients for acute pain management in Albany and Malta on Monday, August 12. One week later, on August 19, foot and ankle surgeon Dr. Samuel Dellenbaugh will start in the practice’s Albany, Delmar and Latham offices.

Dr. Parikh earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College after participating in a combined BA/BS/MBA program at Union College in Schenectady. He held a medical internship with the Department of Internal Medicine at Albany, and a residency in anesthesiology at Beth Israel. Most recently, he completed his Fellowship in Pain Management at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Bosto

Dr. Dellenbaugh comes to OrthoNY following his Foot and Ankle Fellowship at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Pennsylvania. Prior to that, he had completed a residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Albany Medical Center.

Dr. Dellenbaugh earned his MD, and a Certificate in Premedical Studies, from Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons, and his BA in Chemistry from Princeton University.
