I saw Dr. Scordino today for shoulder pain after a bad fall this winter. She and her team, from the front desk to the nurse and xray tech, were so friendly and professional! I received x-rays right away to rule out a fracture or calcification, then Dr. Scordino took the time to talk to me about the pain, and did a very thorough physical exam on my arm (a skill most doctors nowadays have forgotten altogether ????). She gave me a diagnosis and a joint injection, which was really pretty painless! She then had her team come teach me rotator cuff exercises so that I didn't have to schedule PT appointments, I have 3 kids and a full time job so this was a Godsend! Really, truly impressed with Dr. Scordino's attentiveness and thoroughness. I will be asking for her by name if I ever have the misfortune of another upper extremity issue! Thank you OrthoNY!
