I had an injury late last year. Went to another local Orthopedic group as OrthoNY's Urgent care was closed at the time. I was less than impressed with the provider. I called OrthyNY first thing on Monday morning to get an appointment with Dr. Flik. I was able to get in the next day. Dr. Flik was very professional and timely and the staff were great. Within minutes he had screened me for the injury and was working on getting insurance approval for an MRI. That came about 20 minutes later and the MRI was scheduled the next day. I have seen various other providers over the years at OrthoNY and have always had a positive experience. I would recommend (and have recommended) this group to anyone needing orthopedic care.
